Smiles For Life Dental Care is serious about protecting your online privacy. This Privacy Statement explains our views and practices concerning privacy, and how they may pertain to you as a user of our website.
You or Your means you as a participant in or as a user of the North End Dental website. We or Our or Us means Smiles For Life Dental Care or any providers listed on our site. Our site means www.smilesforlifeonline.com or any listed Smiles For Life Dental Care.
SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system so we can better improve the experience for all our users.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about new products, free and premium content (i.e. blog posts, YouTube videos, reports/whitepapers, etc.), and special events.
Cellular Phone Conversations: with your consent (see Section 2 below) we may call you or text message you to assist you in setting up appointments and asking how we can help.
We comply with industry texting/messaging requirements, including the following:
- By providing your wireless phone number to us, you agree and acknowledge that we may send text messages to your wireless phone number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
- You may opt-out at any time by replying “Stop”
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Notwithstanding any other statement within this privacy policy, originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with any third parties.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
If you submit your personal information (name ,email ,phone etc) for any reason (i.e. newsletter subscription, pricing and information guide download, appointment requests or anything else), you agree to receive phone calls, texts, or emails from us even if you are on a do not call list. We will only do so to send you relevant information, ask you how we can help you, or attempt to set up an appointment for what you have expressed interest in. We want to serve you at the highest level and DO NOT wish to bother for any reason. If we do at all, we provide you with an opportunity to withdraw your consent at any time. Through unsubscribe buttons and text replies. For emails, simply click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of them, and for text messages reply “STOP” and those messages will stop.
You may also withdraw your consent anytime, by contacting us at the number above on this page.
The information entered will be used by our practice solely to track and follow up with your requests and may be shared with third parties with whom we have a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement to help in these efforts. Your information will NOT be sold to any third party nor will be shared outside of these parameters. If you would like to opt-out of further communication with our office after being contacted by phone, e-mail, or text, simply let us know, and we will comply immediately.
SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. Also, if our site is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they may continue to sell and support our products and services.

Google may associate visitation information it collects from this website with Google information from accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for the purpose of ads personalization. This Google information may include end user location, search history, YouTube history, and data from sites that partner with Google. If you do not want to have these associations, you can change and/or remove them via My Activity.
